Robert Hinds, Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Robert ensures that the company remains in compliance with its contractual obligations to provide safe and impactful after-school programming in the Los Angeles Unified School District.  He also creates and implements internal operational systems to facilitate organizational and employee success.

Prior to serving at Team Prime Time, Robert was a Director of Accounting for Wasserman’s Team Sports division (now .  He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA and his master’s degree is Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
